Returns Policy

When there is a problem with your order 
In case you received a different product or size than you ordered or the product is damaged, please send us an email at webshop@bkfootwear.com within 48 hours after receiving the goods. Please clearly describe the problem and if possible attach supporting pictures showing the problem to your email. In all cases this claim will be inspected and after acceptance our customer service team will send you a free return label. Upon return goods will be inspected and if claim is confirmed we will refund the full amount of purchase.


If you want to return something 
You can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund. We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. For example, shoes are to be returned along with the original shoe box. All goods will be inspected on return. If the product or the packing is damaged €15.00 will be deducted from your refund. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse.

We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Please send your returned goods to:

Refund 
You will receive a refund, if the items have been returned in good order, a maximum of 14 days after the return has arrived at our warehouse.


Exchanging an item 
It is not possible to exchange an item. We advise to return the item and place a new order for the desired color or size.
