If your order is wrong/faulty
Please send us an email at email@example.com within 48 hours after receiving the goods clearly indicating the problem and if possible with pictures showing the problem. In all cased this claim will be inspected and after acceptance our customer service team will make sure that you can have these goods picked up at your requested address for a free return. Upon return goods will be inspected and if claim is confirmed we will refund the full amount of purchase.
If you want to change/return something
In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or color. For returns made outside the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. For example, shoes are to be returned along with the original shoe box. All goods will be inspected on return. If the product or the packing is damaged €15.00 will be deducted from your refund. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse.
