2016 International Roller Cup in Modena, Italy

Again this year, rider Sergi Nicolas was invited to be part of the huge 2016 International Roller Cup in Modena, Italy. The event took place in the impressive Pala Panini Stadium and it has a unique format: there are 4 teams comprised of riders from different disciplines, and together, they all compete against the other mixed-athlete teams. The points from each athlete counts towards the final score of the team. Sergi and his teammates took the Gold home, while rider Thomas Kienle and his team won third place. It was a beautiful event to see so many roller sports coming together, sharing the same space, and doing what they love—on wheels!
